I take walks around sunset, so I can reflect and relieve a bit negative emotions.
I take care of my aromatic plants, like basil, sage and rosemary, this helps really to detach myself from daily stressful life.
Plus, I wash deeply myself once a day and put some moisturising cream on my face, especially around eyes, so I can fight skin dryness and wrinkles. When I shave (once a week on Sunday) and put a good aftershave to make my skin soft.

Yeah, I do yoga and meditation, do stationary cycling, and go for a massage and chiropractic care. I also enjoy ASMR and reiki.

Watching YouTube videos, skincare/makeup videos etc. My go to comfort tv show is FRIENDS for some weird reason, lol.. or The Middle. I also like doing my skincare routine every night. It’s so calming. I like reading Wattpad just before going to bed. Some books on there give me adrenaline rush tho😭

Yes I do but they are one's that I am comfortable with so I can stay ready with out someone having to ask me to make love to them or have sex with them another words I can say why ask just get to it if u like my Dick that much.
