What are some things you do daily or maybe weekly that boost your mood?
[๐ฟ] For me I love to shower and make sure Iโm clean since if Iโm ever feeling shitty, taking a nice cold shower (especially when Iโm experiencing southern heat :P) smelling nice and fresh is just an instant mood boost for me
[๐งด] I also love taking care of my skin, I have a ton of skincare products (maybe a little too much ๐ญ) because taking care of my skins also a great mood booster for me !
[๐] And I love going to the gym, whenever Iโm feeling really negative and need to let all those negative emotions out I feel like working that off at the gym is a great way to channel those emotions :)
Iโm someone that struggles w/ depression so unfortunately my brain isnโt exactly wired to naturally be happy all the time so these are just a few things that really help me get through those particularly hard periods In life
