How do you take care of yourself?

How do you take care of yourself? How do you heal? How do you glow up both mentally and physically and achieve an improved lifestyle? What are your biggest tips on staying motivated and working to be a better version of yourself? I’m sick of constantly not taking care of myself, being in a dark place mentally, eating junk food , not working out. I want a better lifestyle but I’m struggling on how to be consistent and make it work.
