I try to make it my goal to drink 2 Liters of water daily! Even if I hate peeing every hour but knowing it helps my mood and my body I do it. I drink green tea everyday or try to. I'm not too hard on myself if I don't because food is AMAZING and food is life. So if I crave pizza and I mean truly crave it I eat it and enjoy it with some ranch and a coke. I try to go easy the next days with something lighter. If you like to read I highly recomment this book called Naturally Thin www.amazon.com/.../ref=sr_1_2 . So try to set goals but don't quit your favorite foods. Just do something everyday that helps. Do active workouts that YOU ENJOY! If you like the gym then go to the gym, if you prefer to walk then go on a 20 min walk as often as you can. If you rather work at home then buy some weights and look up youtube vudeos that you like, You do not have to kill yourself BUT you do need to start somewhere. Start of slowly by drinking more water then try to watch what you eat but don't stress about it. Enjoy the food and know when to stop and when you're full. Keep watching moticational videos and how to make food taste good without the added fat/calories. So start doing things that work for you. Eventually it will become a habit and you as well as your body will crave the healthier side. Also take a multivitamin and omegas those help with your mood a lot. I hope this helps somewhat and start and be nice to yourself

gradually and make it easy at first till you get used to it and then make it more challenging... For example try to work out for 5 mins then 10 mins then 15 mins and so on, same for junk food try to eat less and less then once every 2 days till you make it once in a week.. and try something that you enjoy, for example if you don't like working out, you could try dancing or any kind of sport that you like... It's completely normal to skip a day or two, but it's important to come back and try again
