How to look after myself?


I’m 25 and a full time carer for my mum, my mum has cancer and other health conditions. I also help look after my younger brother, since my mums cancer diagnosis I have been having to do a lot more for the both of them which is ok. But I’m also starting to neglect looking after myself, hygiene wise I’m fine, I don’t let anything stand in the way of my showers and skincare lmao but health wise, I’m not eating proper meals, I basically lived on snacks all day today because by the time I was done cooking for my brother and my mum and then cleaning the dishes, I just couldn’t be bothered to stand out there any longer to waste time cooking for myself. I don’t really have the time to meal prep, I see my friend once a week, sometimes not even that, I have to be home by a certain time to organise the medication so I can’t stay out over night. I feel like the only time I get to fully relax is late at night when everyone is in bed and even then all I really do is a stretch routine and watch tiktok. I’m just kind of lost with myself at the moment and I don’t know how to take care of myself whilst also taking care of two people.
