Drink mineral water and lots of it.
Yesterday, I spent $143 on water. Yes, you read that right.
I bought 2 800-ml bottle of Voss artesian water from Norway. (I love their bottles and these new ones are fabulous!). That was $6 before taxes.
But, I drink lots of Topo Chico to the point that I am almost drinking nothing else.
So, the rest of that $143 was my buying 10 12-packs of Topo Chico; 3 of those 12-packs were Twist of Lime. Each 12-pack was $12.99.
Those 10 12-pack boxes plus the 6 I had on hand in my pantry this morning totaled 126 bottles of Topo Chico. So, at 6 bottles a day that my wife and I consume, that should last us about 3 weeks.
No calories with drinking water and the minerals, being in water, have a higher "bioavailability" than if I got the minerals through food.

If you can find it, try Gerolsteiner mineral water. It is unlike any other mineral water and is considered "The Cadillac of Mineral Waters".
I was in your shoes a few weeks ago. I felt my routine was work, eat (fast food) and sleep. I knew I needed to take a step back, prioritize myself and get out of my normal repetitive routine. Here’s what I’ve been doing:
- Lavender showers! Lavender has always relaxed me so I use lavender soap, lavender body scrub, lavender body oil, moisturizer and lavender essential oil on my chest/wrists.
- Candles throughout the house. They’re amazingly relaxing during the evening and storm days.
- Slow living. I think it’s something everyone should consider doing, even if it’s for 15-30 minutes out of your day. I tend to practice it on my days off, it makes them go longer and more enjoyable. I take time off my phone and watch sunrises/sunsets/nature, etc.
- Meditating and stretching for 5-10 minutes twice a day. I play lofi music which is basically relaxing music with nice beats. I really take time to focus on my breathing and relaxing my muscles.
These only take out maybe an hour or two out of my whole day. It makes a huge difference for me.
1. Have a relationship with God.

-make up bed
-pick out clothes from night before
- got to bed on time
- wake up on time
- eat healthy
5. Take care of tour brain
-read and try to learn as much as you can
- do your hobbies and things that make you feel good
6. Take care of body
-eat healthy
-eat correct portions
- eat daily
- drink water
For day to day self care I recommend going to bed at the same time every day and waking up at the same time if you can. Getting sleep right is HUGE. Then I make sure I do something physical every day--usually stretch and do resistance training 3 times per week. Going to start working some cardio in as well. I do a 10 minute meditation every day as well.
I try to get deep tissue work done every other week and once per month I do a "self care day" that typically involves some reflexology and tantric bodywork.
Thanks for most helpful. How did it work out?

find some distraction from yourself. Millions of the same thinking loops orbiting your ego lead finally to less desirable conclusions. Go outside your "self care" bubble and you will feel better.
Bubble bath time with music & candles. Meditation is great with POSITIVE affirmations. Time ALONE tho reflect on YR POSITIVE accomplishments if Tully have none time to make some and feel GOOD ABOUT YRSELF AGAIN. ALSO volunteering is a HUGE boost. But self care is NEVER SELFISH. TAKE CARE
well i started working out four days ago and i cleanse my skin with certain products as garnier skin care creams 3 times a week and drink green tea every night with lemon and so on. You just need to maintain multiple things in your daily life. I mean you should create a daily routine and try to stick to it as possible as you can. You should clear your head and say to yourself in front of the mirror that i have this i have this body and i have to take care of because it is the only thing in this world that i have total control over.
The best is Meditation. Do for 21 days, first you days you won't be able to concentrate but don't leave it.
After that, you will have control on over your mind.
anything u like, anything that relaxes you, promotes good mental health physical health, avoiding toxic people, anything good for yourself, taking breaks, being alone. music, good food, whatever helps you.
Shower, shave, hot wholesome meal. Get up tomorrow and do an hours exercise. Having an occupation that you find rewarding is important too. If you can find love that helps too. Healthy attitude to life, try and be positive. Treat others with dignity, try and make them happy, show that you genuinely care about others, and that river will flow back to you.
Phle andhere kamre me baithi. Dekho ki khud k liye phle baith b paa rahi ki nahi. Jab thodi der baith lo. Fir sochna ki what actually made you jnto this such as activities of past weeks. Fir answer milega fir jab answer mil jaega toh sabse pehle is ladke ko yaad krna. Mtlb yaad mt krne jana. Apne aap aaegi. Yahan pe Indian ko dekh k hui khushi. Aage ka to be continued…
If you live in a place with good air quality, I recommend qigong and other deep breathing practices. I was surprised by how deep breathing affects my comfort and alertness.
Audio books, candles, long baths, sitting in the grass, journaling your feelings, listening to music, bingeing on a bunch of old music, really moisturizing your skin!!
