Yes. I mean of course if you’re on your period you’ll be gassy - increased estrogen means increased farting, and the fact that women have higher estrogen levels than men is also why women tend to fart more than men. I used to sync up with all the girls in my so sorority and for a week straight, we’d all just constantly belch and fart. It was legitimately the funniest thing ever.

But yeah, coffee makes me gassy too. One cup and I’m burping and farting all day. It feels great
