Why can’t I open my messages?

Why can’t I reply to my messages? Do I need to be at a certain level? It says I have 11, but when I go to my messages it says nothing is there !

weird... Never heard of that... Try one thing.. You follow a user... And text him or her... Just check once whether u r able to text people who you follow...

You go to messages then pick the ones that are lit up an read them
