That reads like brutalism 2.0… We had a number of such projects (way smaller, of course) in Germany and only few of them worked out as intended in the long run. I guess it will be very interesting to follow that project. 🤔

Seems like it would become like a cyberpunk underbelly type of living environment if you ask me. They can make it sound as nice and safe and convenient as they want, it will still be a hot bed for crime.
