Depends if he has any stones then thanos but if not vadors force choke can still get thanos as its not like thanos has is own micro force organisms in him to protect him from such powers but id only give this like a 75% chance of winning. Side not I'm using the movie characters I'm not sure what other powers comic thanos has besides a never ending Hard on for death her self

Depends on the stones. Thanos wouldn’t stand a chance without them. He might even need them all. Plus Vader could use the Force to just rip that gauntlet off his hand. (Or cut it off. Classic Star Wars. lol)
