Going back to my home country for a vacation secretly.

I can still remember how worried my mom because they couldn't connect to me when they tried to call me online for several times. Then I knocked on their door and called their names. My mom heard and suddenly blurted out that it's weird that she could hear me. She must have missed me badly coz she couldn't talk to me for a day. I kept calling and knocking and they realized it's happening and it's me. She cried a lot and hugged me tight when she reached for me. I got 2 hits on the arm for making them worried about me. Did this trick 2x already. Lol

Had parked next to someone with the same vehicle. The man came out ahead of me, not paying attention. He clicked his alarm fob and heard the beep, saw lights blink in peripheral. Reached for my door and it wouldn’t open. He stood back, playing with his fob, three more times before he realized. Freaked, and ran around mine to his.

I loudly said “Saw that.”
He melted and grinned. I then told him he had good taste. lmao

I had a Black Chevy Tahow for many years There was a guy at work that had a black GMC tht was really the same thing. I mistakenly went over to it and when I put my key in the lock it actually opened. I figured that some day I would take his truck and park it behind the maintenance shed to see what h would do,

It does make you wonder with those odds though. Just how many keys fit locks?

I had a Chevy hatchback and my roomate had a similar car that was 3 years older and his keys would fit in my lock. GM would give you a code and if you lost your keys you could bring the code to aGM dealership and they could make you a new set. There are only so many permutations of that code so there are many instances where people have keys that will fit in somebody else;s car.

It is not like that today but the old GMs from the 70s and 80s gave you a key code and you could go to a GM dealership and have a set of keys made.

@exitseven Oh okay. That would make sense. The modern vehicles are all getting keyless entry. Just wondered if these two companies were keeping to old ways. My family hasn’t owner either since 70’s-80’s.

In high school, for our senior prank, we filled the faculty lounge with balloons over the weekend. When faculty arrived Monday morning, they were greeted with a room with at least 3 feet high of balloons covering the entire room. The faculty actually had fun popping them all.

Next year's senior class tried to outdo us and filled the faculty lounge with water balloons. That was a dumb idea, it caused lots of water damage when faculty walked in and started popping them, not only to the faculty lounge, but to the biology lab below it, as the water leaked through the ceiling.

If you loosened the collar nut under the flush handle the water would gush out like a shower when somebody flushed it. Often the nut was only hand tightened so it was easy to get it loose. I would loosen it and then wait in front of the sink pretending to wash may hands and watch the show. Good clean fun.

7th grade year was like a make/break year so I started out on the mean girl path and one kid like not even lying he was probably 4'9 and he could not open lockers for his own life so he started rigging his locker with a pencil so it wouldn't lock and every single day i would take it out and throw it away and guess what i never got caught

Opened and emptied every locker for the junior high students and piled all their books in the middle of the cafeteria floor during final exams week.
