Can you tell if someone is looking at you with out looking up to see if they are?

I feel a weird sensation when people are like watching me like tracking me. Apart from that I do notice people who are watching me without having to turn around or look up

Usually yes, is like you can feel the stare. I've talked with friends about it and everybody feels it.
