one seed typically causes one root system to grow. though there can be multiple stems depending on the sort of tree you're growing. there's very few trees that can multiplicate over their root system but that will usually happen slowly over years, not at the moment of planting the seed.
My case called polyembryonic seed tho and its common in mango
oh :D so a plants equivalent of twins basically.
Not all of plants has polyembryonic by the way there's few ๐
Yeah, some plants are polyembryonic. Mango species are among them.
Those seeds tend to be expensive, so that plant and it's fruits will be worth a lot of money.
Get a pro gardener to give you a hand separating the stalks and rooting it properly.
Wowww i didn't expect it to be expensive tho.. i bought the mango with the same price as another

Of course it's possible. However it's certain types and you mentioned mango which is one it's more common in. It's technically possibly in many just much rarer but Mango is common.
Ohhh.. i actually have no clue at all about this ๐
Is it one tree with many trunks? That can happen.
Nahhh.. its one seed with 3 different roots tho..
As u can see the first pic (16.04), it has 2 roots already
I like learning new things. This is a Polyembryonic seed. It says you can get many plants from the one seed. Mango seeds are part of this.
