Serious question: Why do good people get cancer but murderers live to their 80's/90's?

A lot of bad people die horrific deaths, but they either go unnoticed or we move on from them quickly because we believe they deserved it in the first place. While when a good person dies with cancer or some similar mishap, not only we notice it more, but we start questioning the rules and decisions of god/nature because we feel they didn't deserve it. It's just a bias. Bad people are equally (if not more) vulnerable to adversity.

Because most people don't realize there's nearly 400 known NATURAL cures for cancer!! And, of course, when you tell them about, they think you're full of shit and would much rather die from it than be bothered to even TRY any of the cures!

Because there is no hood. Bad things happen to good people as well as bad people all the time. Why do murderers live a long time while children/babies die all the time? We could go on forever about why a lot of bad people get away w things or don’t get hurt.

They call murderers cold blooded for a reason. Cool under pressure/stress. Psychopaths are more resilient to stress which causes shit load of health problems. This is my theory
