It is nice to know that I am not the only one who is carrying around keys that I no longer know what lock they open.

Fortunately that is one complication I do not have in my life. 🤣

I remember as a young adult when I lived with my parents, we used to have an emergency ring with a bunch of keys to all bedrooms, bathrooms and other rooms. As my brain was more functional (not sure why I put "more" there 🤣), I remembered each and every key by the manufacturer's unique key number.

Yes I know what each and every key is for. I have a lot of keys for customers houses, car keys, my house keys, keys to lock my truck bins, keys for my laser pointer and a handcuff key

There's one for my good trusted reliable American car, one for my husband's fancy European be-mdoubleu/folks wagon/whatever that starts if you're lucky and it ain't too cold, and two for my parents' house... that's it...

Car, house front door, house back door, friends mom's house, external door key for work, internal door key for work.

1 key to my college apartment.

1 key to my parent's house.

1 to my car.

1 to my momma's car

1 to my pop's SUV

1 key to my trainer's gym, so i can hit the court anytime.

On my key chain yeah. I have 3 vehicles and a house, so it's not so hard. ... plus another key for my bedroom. I have fucking kids so indoor security became a thing.

Yes 🙌. To make it easier put stickers or write initials of where they go to. Or just limit your keys 🤣

You can't forget 3 keys. Car, House, and Gas cap keys. Anything else I need goes on a separate key chain for my home.

Nope, I sure don't know. I used to have these really pretty keys with flowers on them that I bought at Ace Hardware. But now all they have are the plain one's that all look the same.😢

Yes, I keep the keys for different vee hickles on different rings with the keys I need on them, so I don't have that many on one key ring.
