All the time, it stops me from sleeping. Causes me to be paranoid and over think things

I basically daydream about having a fairytale romance and a happy ever after. I pretty much live in an abusive household where im just expected to put up with it so daydreaming gets me through each day, it makes me smile when i daydream about nice things and nice things that have happened

When it comes to crushes i think about things theyve done or said and think of how i could have done things differently

I like a lot of famous people too and so will daydream about them aswell. Also any holidays i have planned

Today I daydreamed about my bed lol, I needed a nap; still do but unfortunately being an adult comes before nap time so I’ll just keep pumping myself full of coffee. In general my daydreams are making plans (a way to combat stress) so for example I’m hoping to get a basement suite below my sisters house (separate units same landlord) I’ve seen the place before the renovations and I daydream where I’ll put all my stuff

When I daydream it's like a mini film in my mined and I'm the star in my daydreaming and I dream about binging a singer a drummer or action star. Some the time I was a kid and in'till now at fifty seven years old I still day dream. And I'll daydream in'till I die. 💞

mostly sex stuff, which causes me to pop a random boner in the middle of the day. 🤣

But other times, I get carried away daydreaming about old friends, old memories, how life could be like now if things went different. Yeah, I spend a lot of time in daydream land.
