I don't know, in these days, i am feeling depress automatically and can't find my happiness. Every morning i wake up, i feel sad and later i watch some YouTube videos, do workout and a little happy. But, when i wake up again i feel depress and have to find my happiness. But these YouTube videos can't be my happiness anymore. i don't wanna feel sad and depress every morning.
