I know it's not strictly for nsfw stuff and it's basically a platform for creators to be supported. But would you/have you ever subscribed to anyone on it and why? And is it a good way of making an income?

If you can subscribe to people on there for free without giving out any important details, like bank ones, social media, etc, then yeah, I'd probably do it, like I do think I get it a bit.

I get the idea that there's plenty of free porn on the internet, but for some, that's not enough, as it's too easy and I think the logic behind OnlyFans, is that the content is more exclusive and custom-made, so more of a turn on for some, I guess.

Personally, I'd never pay for porn or OnlyFans, as I have the internet and my imagination and I don't recommend anyone else do so either, as there's better ways to spend your money.

In terms of it being a source of income, yeah, it can work in the short term, at least for some, but there can be social consequences for it, so it's worth thinking about and I've seen a podcast where some OnlyFans girls were asked about it, got offended and walked off - the guys were basically saying that if you aren't careful with the money you're making today, then you'll blow it, as it apparently happens to a lot of women in the sex industry, but also to male pro athletes, as they're all in industries that give you quick money, which isn't necessarily sustainable long term.

As a guy I don't get why girls and women bitch and complain about men or guys looking at them walk by at a mall or at a school or a guy approaching her and asking her out in a respectful way. But for the sake of money posting her bare breasts online for hundreds, thousands or even millions of males to see. I don't like OnlyFans. I know two females that made money off onlyfans. Both lost the loves of their lives and regret their actions as far as they admitted to me. The first one is my Executive Assistant's sister and she moved to Norfolk when he husband kicked her out. The 2nd one is the granddaughter of a friend I went to school at Ga Tech with. She got dumped about 3 months before she was due to get married. Last I heard she has gone back to school at Marshall University and has just started her 2nd year there. Needless to say, I am not a big fan of that site.

I'm of the opinion that people are allowed to do what they want as an income, as long as they are not hurting anyone or doing something illegal. But they should be prepared that it comes at a price.

It might be harder for them to find a romantic partner, since far from everyone is comfortable with their partner being naked for others on the internet.
I've also heard about how it is draining to the the relationship, where the person doing explicit content spends a lot of time interacting with their customers for extra businesses and neglecting their partner.

Another thing is how future employees might look at it, since it's still not fully socially acceptable and it might not be a life time career.
