How good are your welding skills, can you get your hands on 1/4th inch thick plate steal.

Depends on the year, if its in the 1990s or newer I would fix the brakes and resell it

Crack frame, that's a easy fix. Just need some plate steel and welding skills

If the frame was rotted out, I wouldn't bother. It's a parts truck, and I don't have the extra space for it.

Breaks are easy but frame work is very expensive to have done and sometimes will keep you from getting inspection passed if you have to have one. My state requires them but some do not...

Frame sounds like a disaster. Id have to assess the damage and repair first. But id take it no matter what cause i could always part it out or scrap it
