What was the worse thing that happened to you during your school years?

Grandma died, my best friend (who became my enemy shortly before this) was killed by a car, I nearly drowned in the river,, Kennedy was murdered, LBJ and Nixon were presidents, the war in Viet Nam. The Beatles broke up, The Manson family killed Sharon Tate, I got bullied a lot, I got molested twice (three times, if you count the night some guy was on the porch beating off over me while I was sleeping on the swing, I had pneumonia at least twice, several bad accidents and eventually got close to 30 stitches, a dentist decided to pull 5 of my teeth when I was 12, mom gave birth to both of my ex-sisters.

I'm not including my college years! That's another couple paragraphs!

I had to take Spanish in summer school after 11th grade. One day, during break, a friend invited me to the parking lot to smoke a joint. Just as we lit it up, we saw the school narcotics officer riding his bike toward us.

We got taken to the principle's office and denied everything but the narc said he saw us smoking. He thought we had been smoking cigarettes.

For punishment, I had to finish out the summer at a different school. The other school was alright, so the punishment wasn't all that bad. It's just a good think they only thought we were smoking cigarettes. LOL

Being picked on, taunted and teased, also being a loner. All because I didn’t want to cuss, smoke, drink or play sports. And worse was that when I tried understanding them I couldn’t tell when they were serious, sarcastic or kidding around. No friends. Unfortunately this followed me when I went to community college for an associate degree in information systems technology.

A girl who flirted with me but I didn't ask out Got mad and accused me of grabbing her by the😺. It should have been my introduction to how some women can be. But I was too young, too naive, and too good natured to realize it.

It didn't bother me so much as it surprised me at the time that some girl would do such a think. But now looking back it could have been bad for me if my reputation wasn't it was and hers wasn't what it was. But given how society is now it makes me wonder how it would have panned out if I was a kid today.
