Having any kind of seizures in school and bullied all the time, school, police (when a situation came up that happened), county was lazy about it, they wouldn't do a (censored angry words) about it until state was brought into the picture that said they would shut the the whole school down for many things. (This wasn't the first time this had happened and not the only troubles this school had..) eventually some things were minimally taken care of. Boy was I hated, by a lot of people and yet lots where behind me on this. What was worse/better was the year after I graduated they finally started doing something about bullying, stepping up their anti bullying game. And I was happy to hear that for others won't be as badly hurt but still urged me. They don't always do what they say.. just go about on their own terms with their favorites, like my mom said in that school system it's who you know not what you know. Cause even when I wrote stuff, got told it was higher than college level,(this is just run onstuff) teacher hadsuch favoritism wanted me to rewrite it because she didn't like me. Same with the neurological side I could teach that if wanted since I was in the doctor's office more than school my highschool years I could've been a neurologist. My biology teacher was pissed when I tried to ask questions she didn't know the answer to,(some I already did and helped her out if she'd let me.) I don't like bragging that I'm smart, it's better to stay humble.

Isolation, in the UK secondary schools
May have both detention and isolation.

Detention is usually sitting with the teacher after class for 20 minutes, maybe doing some work.

Isolation is a white room with one teacher and walls to separate you from looking at people or anything, you desk is white the seat is white you have to sit there with no phone, not even your school bag. If you’re lucky you get to do some work, because otherwise it drives you insane looking at a white wall.

This didn't happen to me, but one of my friends. My school's fight policy is that everyone who engages in a fight will be punished, regardless of who started it–i. e. you get in just as much trouble for defending yourself as you do for attacking someone. So this girl that starts drama with everyone with a pulse came at one of my good friends and started beating her up. Naturally, my friend defended herself but didn't attack where it wasn't necessary because that's just not who she isb she considers that violence and is against violence. Because of my school's ridiculous policy, they both got a 5-day suspension and it really messed up my friend's academic record (which my friend worked so hard for) because during that 5 day period there was a big test that the teacher refused to let her make up

Punishment- detention for saying stop loud when a boy touched my knee under the table during silent reading time (3rd grade)
I once got a Saturday school because a drug dog "hit" on me. Routine drug walk through. Dog came up to me and sat beside me and licked my face and fingers. Background: my grandma was friends with the K-9s officer and I played ball with her on weekends. The true story is she stole my breakfast that I had in my hoodie pocket and licked the salt off my fingers.(mcdonalds french fries )😒

Prideful- telling me I was going to prison and scold me in front of the whole class because it looked like I wrote my moms name when she works 3rd shift and signed it when she got home.

Having to get paddled on the butt for being late for class. The secretary made me bend over and told me to spread my legs, put my hands on the desk and to stare into the principals eyes. He did this naughty smirk while chewing on his pen. They asses was weeeeeird! I heard they was having an affair anyway

I was a painfully good kid so the worst I ever got was detention. 😂 Once I got sent to the principal's office, I wasn't necessarily the one in trouble though, but the one time was enough for me.

I did get called into the principal's office a few times. Once for slapping a kid and another time for calling my friend a bad name. I luckily didn't acutally get in trouble for either of those

I had to start copying the bible for my ‘playtime’ break 😂😂 After it was over, the teacher came in and ripped it all up. I didn’t care. I love writing and enjoyed doing it lol
