I would say your body is more of a prison than your mind. your mind is essentially who you are; if I uploaded your consciousness onto a robot, you would probably say "I got uploaded" and not "my consciousness".
If you learn or experience something new, you can change your mind naturally. You can't change your attractiveness, height, metabolism, etc naturally. At most, you can take care of your body but you can't really change it without going beyond your natural abilities.
