Are you more likely to trip up the stairs or fall down the stairs?

I'm more of a tripper-upper than a faller-downer. 😂

As I've aged, I've gone from being more of tripper-upper caused by the haste of my youth in ascending stairs faster than is sometimes good for me, to being more of a faller-downer caused by my heavily calloused feet sliding off a carpeted step, causing a bumpy ride down the stairs on my ass.

So far, no damage has been done except to my dignity.

Let's be careful out there, shall we?

I get a fear of missing a step or two while walking up the stairs. Its funny actually.

A loss in the grasp of the dimension in front of me leads me to the fear. I know it. But I hardly can do anything about it.😅

I voted A, but when I went to the club for the first time I legitimately fell down the stairs and I wasn't even wearing heels... I wanted to die 😅

... Now that I think about it, I shouldve voted B because when I'm out it's usually me tripping while going down instead of up.

As a toddler, I actually used to fall down the stairs quite a few times. Now that I'm older, I usually avoid them out of fear. If I have to walk more than 3 stairs, I literally start visibly shaking (usually out of a fear of heights, not necessarily the stairs themselves).

I tripped up the stairs a couple of weeks ago. I got to the top of the stairs and missed my footing and tripped on the top stair. I put my hand out to stop myself and inadvertently put my hand through a light switch, cut all the palm of my hand and broke the light switch, which has now been replaced.

Bella, like you I'm more of a tripper upper. (Lol, the spell check wanted to change tripper to stripper! 😂). I think it's from being in too much of a hurry and my lead foot extending too far forward.

Umm.. thankfully I have pretty good reflexes. Probably martial arts. It takes a lot to get to that point of distraction. Doesn’t happen a lot. I’m thinking it’s pretty even.

More likely to fall down stairs. I’ve done it many times. I don’t think I’ve ever tripped up the stairs except for when I was a kid.

Yeah I get tripped up for some reason because I don’t lift my leg high enough for the step if I go up fast sometimes , probably from herniated disc’s in the past caused the nerve in my legs to not respond as fast
