I can't sleep in the dark alone at home.

Lights have to be on.

Nope, i sleep alone and when i was home alone, before i go to bed i always turned off the lights in kitchen liv room bathroom and any other room but outside house.. and then i went to my bedroom and turned off the light and use tumblr lights

Omg noooo 😂😂 in fact i mostly watch horror movie tho and it didn't affect me irl to afraid of the dark, also im a nyctophile person

No but I always have this thing.

I also sometimes hear my name whispered to my ears in bed before falling in sleep.

I also sometimes have sleep paralysis.

I simply need it quiet. Lights on or off is fine. I do have an old Victorian standing lamp where the foot pedestal lights up like a tricycle night light that I leave on for bathroom trips...
