I have a small one on my foot right now because someone just threw a cigarette and it accidentally landed on my foot. I've always been popping them because it's so satisfying but now, i'm getting quite curious about what will happen if i'm just going to leave it as is. Tho, i feel so tempted to pop it because it feel so jiggly and watery.

I kept playing with it and i lost my patience and just popped it anyways. It's satisfying. Tho i wish. I haven't because i still don't know what would happen if i just leave it as is

Find a needle or safety pin and run it through Cigarette lighter flame. Make small hole where bubble meets foot, press, and drain. Do NOT remove the scab.

Let it dry out from air and before bed put socks on. Get up tomorrow, put neosporin or the like antibiotic on it. Do NOT get it wet. Shower in plastic bag. by Monday there will be a harden scab under scab.

Take a needle with thread put in through the side and out the other leave it. The fluid will leech out via the thread but leave the skin intact

No. Leave it as is, as the skin will protect it from getting infected. Can't say the same if you pop it.

If you feel you need to drain the liquid, just pop it with a needle to create the smallest hole possible, so the skin still protects the new skin underneath.
