I guess not because I didn't notice it at first, but if the sign was leaning to one side, I'd have to fight the urge to stop and straighten it out.

  So physically leaning is more annoying than a misprint. That does make sense. Moving along it might be hard to see the difference here too. The brain might work more on memory of the image.
