I lost a bet and must pie myself in the face up to five times. How many pies should I get hit with and what types of pie?

Friday is the day it's happening. There is no going back now. To add to the humiliation I must ask as many people as possible how many pies will be used (5 max) and what the pies should consist of. The options will be listed below. So after you vote recommend the type of pie/gunge I must wear.

I’m a huge “cream pie” fan from way back! Lots of physical comedies for me, past, present and future! I feel like everything else would be a waste of good pies!
Accept whipped cream pies for the humiliating part, and if people donate real pies, send them to a food charity. That’s my two cents. What did you do or fail to do to get pied five times?

I'm probably going to do cool whip and some type or types of topings likely chocolate pudding, or creme of some type so it will taste good. I'm not 100 percent sure yet on toppings. But I lost a bet on the ufc main event last night. I had Jan but it was a draw. So for my loss I have to ask as many people as possible how many pies I should take. 5 is the maximum. I have a poll question up also if you would like to vote. I have a strong feeling the votes will result in 5 pies though.
