I'm just back in the UK today after 5 weeks in the sunshine 🌞, and it freezing cold 🥶 here any suggestions on how to keep warm?

Go for long walks. Extra sweaters... what do you call them? Jumper? Cook. Being in the kitchen with the oven and stove will make you warm.

Not from across the pond but maybe double up on the clothes you wear and buy a portable heater if your building doesn't have a big main heater/ heaters
