What do you do to help you sleep?

I bought a sports/sleeping head band recently and I listen to podcasts. i find if it is interesting to me, my mind focuses on it and I drift off.
I also play binaural beats as there is evidence that it does drive your brain into delta waves - a deep sleep state. I certainly found it worked for me.
The other thing I do now is that I don't worry if I am not falling asleep. I used to get worked up and that would stop me sleeping. So I just don't now.
Do not drink anything 3 hours before bed refrain from any kind of stimulants such as nicotine or any kind of drug that has caffeine and it's like coffee and such. There are other ways but there are less than ideal conventional to add to the conversation just to keep it clean
Read my book, let my brain think up that thing for google docs. The former usually works as my mind will think about what I read and then while it's busy doing that, my body falls into dreamland.

A single indica gummy, and I sleep like a baby. And unlike sleeping pills, I wake up feeling great.

I clean. Physical labor releases tension and wears you out more. Then eat a small snack with water. Eliminate cravings. Sleep comes.
Really cold room. White noise (the fan from a humidifier with no water in it). Orgasm. If all that fails, read.

Ok, actual lifehack: never lay in your bed unless you're sleeping or napping.
If you only ever lay down to sleep, you will fall asleep as soon as you lay down at any time of the day.
