This is a tough decision, because essentially you would outlive everyone you know and love. Watching them all die and living amongst strangers might be difficult. But it might be worth it, if you had some ability to steer the direction of humanity somehow!

Well with my question i assume 2 things:
1) That it is widely available. It is not like only the elites or the very rich will have access to it. Everyone could have it. Even your friends and family. So it is not necessarily that you will outlive them.
2) You do not age, Like you could be 30 or 30 again.
