January is literally always the worst month of the year. Here's all my reasons why:
Firstly, January is typically the darkest and coldest month of the year in many parts of the world. Short days, long nights and extreme cold temperatures can lead to feelings of depression and seasonal affective disorder (SAD) in many people. This can cause feelings of fatigue, sadness, and lack of motivation, making it difficult to enjoy the month.
Secondly, January is the month when most people have to return to work and school after the holidays. This can be difficult as people often have to adjust to a more structured routine after the relaxing days of holiday. This can cause feelings of stress and anxiety as people try to balance work, school, and family responsibilities.
Thirdly, January is often the month when credit card bills from holiday shopping arrive. This can be a stressful time for many people, as they struggle to pay off the debt they accumulated during the holidays.
Lastly, January is often a time when people make New Year's resolutions. This can be a positive thing, but for many people, the pressure to make significant changes in their lives can be overwhelming. This can lead to feelings of disappointment and failure if they are unable to achieve their goals.

February. It is usually cold with out the Christmas Holidays.
December, because everyone is expecting and demanding presents on New Year's Eve and Christmas and if you don't get anything, you are considered to be an A. hole for the rest of the year. And problem doesn't stop with presents, because December is also the most expensive month because of those 2 holidays, meaning that entire December you have to work double so you can survive and overcome all the expenses and expectations and when January hits, you are both mentally and physically exhausted and your bank account feels Much lighter.
It is January. the holidays are over and spring is along ways off.
