What is your least favorite time of year? What time of year do you not look forward to? Why do you feel that way?

Personally, I never look forward to or enjoy the month of February. The excitement of the new year has worn off, everything just seems dead and slow, winter is putting in its last big fight... there's a lot that goes into it for me.

The dog days of summer in Texas. by the time May comes along it's heating up. Regular 100 plus degree temps are on their way, certainly sometime in June and there'll be precious little relief until October maybe. As I get older I don't tolerate the heat nearly as well as I used to so July and August are the worst. Living in an oven and no relief in sight.

I hate the long hot summer. I'm built for Fall and Winter. Skiing. Trail runs in the rain. Climbing mountains. At 85F with 85% humidity, I'm miserable and waiting for cold weather again.
