My occupation requires me to be an early riser, up with the birds at 4 AM, so I typically crash around 10 PM.
But, if I am working evenings in the summer, I'm up till 1 or so depending how far the site is to basecamp or home.

I usually hit the sack between midnight and 1am, and wake up around 6am. I am cursed with my father's sleep gene... all his life he got about 5 hours of sleep each night.

  @HippieVeganJewslim During the week, I don't usually take a nap, too busy. On weekends, I often take a few catnaps during the day, just like my father did. Drives my SO nuts!

Since retiring whenever I'm tired. I'm trying to get a handle on it. Because my sleep schedule is so out of whack. I never thought having the liberty to sleep in could cause so much problems😆😆😆
