What makes the house owner attractive?

I do not see the house owner in this picture. I do know the possibility of home ownership is an attractive option. Home owners means ownership of a concrete assets that has a retaining Value and can independently generate income when use properly.

If I was dating a homeowner i would know those things above and my evaluation of that person would be affected. It is more attractive to be an owner rather than renter. He will be more admired and respected and any single girl can see a future with a guy who is good with assets, vision, and planning.

Probably the fact that they can afford a home

I wouldn’t have a clue, there’s no photo of the home owner or even a description of their character.

Oh.. it depends on what they look like and their character. I say the guy is not good-looking, nerdy, has a Scifi themed basement. Lives alone.

A Sci-fi themed basement sounds awesome. And being nerdy is great. Lives alone is another plus. Good looks are subjective, what someone finds attractive isn’t what the next person finds attractive. So overall I think that description of the “home owner” is attractive.
