So in my college class I was sitting at the table by myself and I was on my phone & there was a chair next to me and the girl I liked was with her friends and she saw that there was chair next to me. so she went over to get the chair while I was on my phone but she stand there for a few minutes but then she got the chair and went back to her friends.

The next time, she will only want the chair, for sure.

Just pay attention to her! Put down your phone, make eye contact, smile, say hello. Pull out the chair for her, ask if she wants to join you. If she just asks for the chair, say, “of course, happy to help,” and smile again. Just pay attention to her.
