Are Americans in general rude?

I've met my fair share of rude people on this forum, so is it safe to assume that a lot of Americans are this way, in real life, as well? Is this forum an accurate representation of society?

Yes, most Americans are rude. No, this forum is not an accurate representation of society. Here, people are without a filter. Anonymity lets them speak their true thoughts. Even the thoughts they don't necessarily believe, but happen to have in that moment. In the outside world, they hold it in most of the time.

One time a girl made fun of my English bc of a grammar mistake, i answered her "come back here when you're able to speak 3 languages like me" and she said "i dont need another language bc im American you slut" lol that was mean tho

Wow she was hella rude to make fun of someone else's grammar. No one is perfect. Humans make mistakes. I would have told her "are you sure? You don't seem Native American to me. " to get back at her 😂
