+1 yWhen you are feeling afraid, there are a few things you can do to help manage your fear:
- Acknowledge your fear: Recognize that you are feeling afraid and try to identify the source of your fear. Are you afraid of something specific or is it a general feeling of anxiety?
- Practice deep breathing: Take slow, deep breaths to help calm your body and mind. Focus on your breath and try to let go of your fear.
- Seek support: Reach out to friends, family, or a mental health professional for support. Talking to someone who can listen and offer advice can help ease your fear.
- Take action: If there is something you can do to address the source of your fear, take action. This can help you feel more in control and less helpless.
- Practice self-care: Take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating well, and engaging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.
Remember that fear is a normal and natural emotion, and it's okay to feel afraid at times. With practice and support, you can learn to manage your fear and overcome it.

+1 yPractice not being afraid or caring for others, which creates connection.
I've been watching shark videos... I'm afraid. So I'm staying away from the water... solves that problem. There's good video on a woman that cares for sharks and they in turn, give them their affection. So maybe the answer is from the Bible... "If there is anything good, focus on that!".

I blame it on so much bad stuff going on here in America 🇺🇸. Who needs a stinking scarey movie when you can just turn on the news and it scares me to death.
What's worse is because our government doesn't give a flip about the people anymore. They are also the perpetrators of this scarey stuff you used to have to pay money to go to the movies. Now a days it's some real stuff and there is no flipping help for anymore! We are each on our own. AND THAT'S EVERYTHING!!!00 Reply
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yI attack it. I spent 15 years in combat sports, one I played at a semipro level, and the one thing I learned that ALL of the best in those fields have in common isn't that they are fearless, but they recognize that that fear is the enemy. That the faster they confront it and overtake their fear of being hit, or shot, or whatever the case, the more potent they are and they are more likely to win.
Fear is only a problem if you can't harness it and make it your b! tch instead of the other way around.
Also, praying is for those who decide they are too weak to handle the problems themselves and it merely pushes the problem onto others to handle for you.

00 Reply I get all worked up, freak out, my heart going a mile a minute and need to act. For instance, once I was once driving on the interstate. The speed limit was 65, and I was going 70 miles per hour. Well this one pickup truck behind me was obviously speeding. The road was pretty busy so I couldn't change lanes. I started screaming and cursing because I thought that truck was gonna hit me, so I floored it. They eventually exited the interstate and I was finally able to slow (and calm) down
