It's amazing feeling. It means your alive. I say it's an amazing feeling because it means it shows that you can feel depth of emotion. To feel true confidence and lack of fear. I'd argue you need to know what it feels like from the other end. I think fearlessness and confidence comes for experience and knowledge of a life that knows the opposite. All that to say, I don't think those feelings are wrong. They sure don't feel good but when you feel that way find family and friends and talk to them. Find someone close but also consider journaling your feelings. You should never stay here but I think it helps define you and makes you stronger over time to know those emotions

First of all, it's okay. That means your human. One way to overcome this is to talk. I have felt vulnerable many times in my life and having my family talk to me really helped me. Another way is to go to your happy place. Somewhere where your troubles and sorrows can't get to you. For example, mine is underwater because I feel free and I am at peace with my thoughts. Literally assess the situation. Are you in physical danger? Seek help immediately, leave and call the police. Are you in a place that gives you anxiety? Are you able to locate the cause of your discomfort? Is it a panic or anxiety attack? Have you felt this way before? How did you cope with it then?
Consider what put you in that position. Is it because you stepped out of your comfort zone or because someone or something stepped into your comfort zone. I think from there you can decide how you can move forward from the place you're in.

Just do something that relaxes me (like maybe play a favorite video game , watch a funny movie, or watch a funny show ).
It's ok to feel scared and vulnerable. Everyone feels that at least once in their life time. Remember night don't last forever. When Sun rises it goes away. You can talk to your friends, family and partner. Ask their help.
Take any actions that make you feel safe. Check everything is securely locked etc, get someone you trust to stay with you, talk to people about it
Pray. Even if you’re not religious, God will always listen
