What’s out shopping with the man I like, all Is swell till he did something that struck a nerve. I was caring his 2yr old on my hip, he he’d the door for his 4 yr old then he walked in but didn’t whiled the door. So the door shut on his son & I. His 2yr old has a dirty look when the door tapped on him. I was flabbergasted never in my whole life. So I pushed the door back & walked in. The guy I like was coming to a slow realizing we were not close by so I walked up and looked him dead using as I held his son in a direct but comical tone “well you just slammed a door in a woman & small child” His serious face completely twisted in amusement. His smile ear to ear, he hunched forward dumping his mouth with his hand and his shoulders bounce. He then apologized. According to you what do you thing he laughed at.

How stupid he was and unaware and how cool you are not to really give it to him.. YOu did but it was very gentile. You allowed him to laugh his way out of rather than cry and beg. That was your first fight... non-fight turned laugh. Humor goes long way in successful relationship, Good for you.

I come from a family of wolves with clowns noses🐺 🤡! Good times we laugh, sad time we cheer up with dark hummer to make like of shitty situations & when mad we will roast people alive with Humor. Laughter into submission. Crying and begging ain’t my goal but as long as he upfront apologized that’s what I did.

My dad is Italian so if someone is mad and acting out he will say something like “ look at you keeping it classy!”
When my dad’s angry he move his Italian arms around then I tell him how he reminds me of those dumb inflatable dance people in car lots. A duel with rubber chickens!

The guy I like mention to his family and they laughed & I told them I was lucky we weren’t on the titanic because he would be one of those before women & children kinda guy They all howled with laughed & his face turned bright red as he laughed. I then looked at him and told him the navy thought him nothing.

I agree with you I don’t find that he did It Intentionally but I printed him out a step by step oh how to hold a door for women. I also plan to open the door for him and call him “ma’am”
