What annoying compulsive habits do you have that do your OWN head in?

I always keep my watch on the inside of my left wrist, even if it's uncomfortable or awkward.

Most of my OCD behavior s havng habitual ways of dong particular things, like getting in the shower, flushing my sinuses, putting medicated shampoo on my hair and letting it set while I shave, then riinsing my hair, etc. Start towel drying my hair, then work my way south. Etc. It makes my routines efficient and requires less thought. . . but none of that is exceedingly important.
I have NO idea what it's about but, I tend to twist my head at weird angles for no apparent reason at all. It's kinda like I'm trying to make a cutesy face like, "Aren't I something?". I never know when it's gonna happen but, it seems like I tend to do it more when I'm under a bit of stress. For some reason, I never do it when I'm around anyone so, I can't show anyone what I'm doing to see if someone like a shrink can get me to stop it, already!! It's QUITE annoying but, thankfully, it's not a constant thing. I think it MIGHT have something to do with tapping in that, I'll start tapping out a completely odd beat but, something in my head tells me that I HAVE to hit a certain combination of beats for me to be able to stop it and this head thing, I think, springs from that. Like, if I don't do this stupid head shit JUST RIGHT, I can't continue with life.
Part of this deals with me closing my eyes tightly and, sometimes, WHILE I'm doing the head thing so, there's been a number of times where I do both as I'm walking, sometimes down a flight of stairs, and it throws off my balance for a second and I've come close to falling down the stairs because of this stupid fucking shit!! A number of times, I'll be carrying something that I have to be careful with and I start that stupid fucking head shit and my eyes and I either knock over what I'm carrying or come VERY close to it!! Other times, I'm trying to watch something like, in a movie or t. v. show, something that I REALLY want to pay attention to so I DON'T miss it and, just as it comes up, I start doing that fucking shit and miss it, anyway and have to run it again to see what I wanted to see!! Sometimes, I can go for a VERY long time, (months, maybe years) without doing it and then, it just suddenly comes back for some reason. The last time was 2 years ago when my aunt died. In times like that, when it first starts up, it gets REALLY bad!! Sometimes, when I'm trying to go to sleep, I keep doing it as if I'm trying to find the ABSOLUTE PERFECT alignment for my head and eyes before I can get to sleep!
I establish habits and routines, like putting things back exactly where they belong so that I don't have to look for them the next time I need them. But, by exactly, I mean, they have to face the same direction. LOL
With my morning routine, I always do things in the same order every day.
I'm not exactly OCD, but symmetry and order are pleasing to me, and having efficient routines help to insure that I don't forget anything. I think ease and efficiency are my main motives.
In other ways, I am totally not OCD.
"Obsessive-compulsive disorder is characterized by unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead to compulsive behaviors.
OCD often centers on themes such as a fear of germs or the need to arrange objects in a specific manner. Symptoms usually begin gradually and vary throughout life."
I don't have unreasonable thoughts or fears. And I am totally not afraid of germs.
Is it unreasonable for a mechanic to clean his tools and put them back where they belong? It is unreasonable for someone to be methodical at their job?
I have to cum at least once a day or else I start to go crazy lol...
I can't eat or drink off plastic that has already been used once. All my dishes in my house have to be glass or porcelain
I have to make my bed after I get out of it for the day
I don't flush without looking at the shit I've done...
Actually that's kinda smart to see if there's blood or something else like that. If you don't check you wouldn't know if you have the beginnings of, hate to say colon cancer.
Sorry that you have that.
