Well, does the x-ray vision cause radiation? Are you only able to see skeleton? Does being invisible also affect your clothes? Are they able to see you based on the dust and other particles?

Both of those powers in real life wouldn't be that great unless you want to give your enemies cancer.

I'm going to pretend there are no side effects and that you simply just either see through stuff of your choosing or you become completely invisible at will. Then I think being invisible sounds more useful. I don't actually know when I would use x-ray vision.

Invisibility because you can go anywhere and see everything. Where as X-ray you limited to just seeing. If wanted to see naked girls I could just follow her in to the locker room or bathroom and watch her undress.
