What is your thought on street photography (without consent) ?

In most states in the US, street photography does not require consent, and I'm fine with that. There should be no belief of privacy when you're among lots of other people on a public street. Hence, street photography does not violate anyone's privacy.

If it is done from the street side and of public property that is fine, but if the person is photographing a residence or business, they should show a little respect and ask permission.
