My daily schedule is pretty much the same every day of the week except for the weekend.
From Monday to Friday, I usually have a small dinner followed by homework, yoga exercises or, in Summer when the daylight and weather allows for it, I take a short bike ride instead.
After that, I take a shower and then read a little and usually go to sleep around 11PM. On Saturday, I usually clean my place and do the house chores. I do not party in the evenings because apparently, people seem to have to be intoxicated when they party and that does not entice me to be with intoxicated people.
Sundays are usually the day where I take it a little easier and do yoga and exercises.

My usual bedtime routine goes like this:
Prepare coffee and find clothes for next day then I finish my to do list - if there's anything left. Bathroom - wash my face, get into PJ's if I don't already have it on.
Then I make tea and sometimes a little evening snack and move to my desk, there I do skin care, sometimes journal and/or read a little. Then I do light yoga, brush my teeth - crawl into bed, give myself a foot rub; I'm on my feet a lot, then I'll maybe read a little more or listen to a podcast.
If I'm getting home from a late evening shift - I remove my make up, quick skin care, brush my teeth and bed it is.

Brush & floss my teeth, get into my pjs, then go back to doing whatever I was doing before until it's time for bed.
Immediately prior to getting into bed, I will go to the bathroom brush my teeth and then get undressed
