How often you wear over your clothes before washing it?

I shave most of my body so I barely sweat, but I do have an aggressive wash schedule because of random eczema that shows up in the winter.

all inner stuff always get a single day wear
sweatshirts about 3 days
non-denim pants, single day wear
denim pants about 2 days, or if they get worn all-day.

I wear shirts, socks, and underwear once a week. While I wear pants twice, unless greatly stained or wet

My philosophy is I wash anything I wear more than 5 hours in a single day. So if I put on a t shirt for a one hour trip to the walk in, I will wait until I've worn it 2 more times before it goes in the washing.
