Why some people spit on the ground?

I don't know, but it’s pretty gross 🤦‍♀️.

I usually only see guys do it too.

There’s really no excuse when in New York because there are trash cans everywhere and if not outside, in public stores- which are EVERYWHERE lol and they have bathrooms too if it was needed 🤷‍♀️.

If you look- on some sidewalks you will see black circles ⚫️ on the cement- that’s old gum people have spit out… it’s pretty gross tbh, but it’s worse when is semi-black and still sticky… and sticks to your shoe…

I wish people spat in trash cans/ napkins/ or toilets 🤷‍♀️

I’ve ran barefoot before and I had to watch where some guy had spat…

it’s bad enough people don’t pick up after their domesticated dogs who kind of just go about anywhere. Where as wild animals I think are usually a bit more mindful and some even have designated spots, like bunnies. Domesticated dogs seem to just poop anywhere lol

I could be wrong on that whole fecal thing but… humans can at least spit in trash cans or if it’s a frequent thing carry something with them. Just the other day I had to puke and I waited all the way til I got home to puke in the toilet. Could’ve used a trash van at the store or their toilet, but I just didn’t have the willingness to do so tbh.

@Rosexøxø very good point. I don't usually go bare foot out in public. Would like to but too much crap all over. Some places have needles on the ground sooo... shoes. Dog owners need to pick up their pups messes. Totally rude to leave it.

@Rosexøxø I agree if it makes sense. I'm not one of those that's stuck on one opinion only. I'll see all sides. One of the worst for going barefoot is bubble gum. Had it between my toes and it feels nasty. Poop can be washed off. Gum you have to peel off.
