Old age is the worst way to die - the slow horrible decay of your mind and body. Falling from 7th floor is fine if you land on your head - otherwise it might take a while to die

The problem is how much and how long you will have pain. You don't die right away. It would only be in movies.

I try holding my breathe too see how bad the hanging would be but I can't hold it longer than a couple of minutes. It becomes too much pain. I can't stand the pain.

In a properly organized hanging the drop will break your neck but I don't trust you to get it right. I'd suggest you give up the whole idea. Sometimes it's easier to just go on living.
