It's not painful dying from a fall. You go SPLAT when you hit the hard surface and you're dead. With a heart attack you feel the chest pain and difficulty breathing.

99.999% of the people who fall from tall heights die instantly. My brother in law was a fireman. I have a friend that is a paramedic and they all say the person would die instantly

Depends. There are instances where people have chest pain, experience it for a significant period of time and then end up finding out that they’re in the middle of a heart attack, and I’d say in that instance, no, because the suffering lasts longer than if you’d just jumped and landed on your head.


If you die straight away, then I’d say heart attack, because you don’t have the same fear that follows jumping for those seconds until you hit the ground.

Yes I think so. Dying from an heart attack must be suffocating but falling from the 7th floor must be really painful.
