And if he was in jail, then there is a good reason why he was incarcerated. Anyone that is put into jail because he/she committed a crime deserves every second of his/her jail term and should never be release before the entire time is spent behind bars.

Therefore if this Tate guy was behind bars, he deserved it and I am sad one more criminal is on the loose.
