Hopefully Kyle sues the fucking daylights out of the media outlets that lied about him and the events that transpired (and still are). He has a much more grievous case than Nick Sandmann did, and he walked away somewhere between 80 and 250 million dollars richer for the trouble. Additionally, Gaige Grosskreutz needs to be taken to court for attempted murder and other lesser charges, and both the DA and ADA should be disbarred and replaced.00 Reply

My opinion about that is that the jury and the judge made a decision and I'm from Los Angeles California when the judge makes a decision and put the period behind it so do i. Done deal!

Every American has the right to defend themselves.

What was Kyle defending himself against? They were both unarmed, in fact the unarmed protestors were attempting to disarm him in order to avoid violence which is why he ended up shooting three and killing one of them.
He obtained the gun illegally either way, I’m shoe used you care about abiding the law only when it applies to you - +1 y

@Callous_Capricorn99 Rosenbaum was unarmed. Mr. Rosenbaum is not even within arm’s reach when the first shot occurs.
Rittenhouse kept firing. Grosskreutz and others in the crowd were trying to stop what they believed was an active shooter, that’s why he hit him with the skateboard?
Jesus read the entire story before trying to justify murder you psycho

I don’t think you’re American, thus negating any reason for your comments.

Kyle already got his AR-15, I think they're already adequately armed.

I'm just relived sanity and justice still exists in America. That Chauvin verdict made me lose hope for my country's legal system. So I am happy with this outcome!

The thing I mentioned on the other question - in the post WWII communist system, where Yugoslavia I grew up in was central/a link between capitalism and communism, there was a place called Privredna Komora (PK), which means 'the Chamber of Commerce' that was tasked with investment allocation (for pretty much everything as an expert body - the committees only ever discussed their proposals and generally agreed/signed off, so - the centrepiece of economic governance).
There was also (still is) a small insignificant town Prokuplje that had/still has the car registration numberplates showing 'PK' as the town name acronym, and then some numbers.
People in Yugoslavia mixed up the two. Prokuplje inhabitants would go to courts or government agencies/organisations in the capital, Belgrade, and say 'I am from PK', meaning the town. The clerks would hear 'from the Chamber of Commerce' and so the entirely insignificant, and very crooked/corrupt town got hugely outsized influence over basically all of communism and most of the globe. Incidentally, it is right next to Naisus, the place from which Constantine the Great who first accepted Christianity into the Roman empire hails.
All the town had prior to that mixup was a palliative care school - basically a morg business/gravediggers.
Peking smartly got renamed to Beijing to escape being part of the confusion of 'PK'
Some 40 years of post WWII communism later, Chernobyl happened.
My fostergrandfather had a Uranium fuel disk in his garage (spent I assume - I only googled for that a few days ago and could not believe what it looked like - I was 6 years old when they showed it to me and told not to hd it with bare hands for more than a few seconds)
There was also a Plutonium 239 piece of pipe laying around in the front yard. And a radiation meter and some mercury. Where it came from I still don't know.
I won't post photos for obvious reasons. - +1 y
@Soleil8000 my boyfriend and I like to role play. He is Kyle Rittenhouse and I’m America, but he saves me with his penis.
8.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Not only was this a major victory for him, it was a major victory for those who believe in our constitutional rights. It has been made clear as day that our right to self defense is ours to keep and no power has the ability to take it. Not to mention that the media is made up of nothing more than corporate scumbags who want us to lose our God-given rights.
Those who have no idea why the verdict is what it is haven't been paying attention.00 ReplyIt's good to see we still have a justice system in some places.

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yThe crazy part is that Republicans are more excited that a killer got off than about an infrastructure bill that will help improve the lives of millions of Americans.
Because priorities.23 Reply- +1 y
I don’t want to pay higher taxes.
Retreating from attackers and not firing a shot until attacked is called self-defense. - +1 y
Republicans are your "other." It bothers you when they are happy.
- +1 y
Why would they be excited about a totally garbage infrastructure bill?
+1 yI am happy that the right to self defense has been confirmed to exist.

Because the first guy he shot threw a bag at him and the other two guys were most likely chasing him because he had just shot someone and they were trying to get the gun away from him
- +1 y
You do not have the legal right to disarm soneone. Attempt that and the armed individual has the legal right to open fire.
- +1 y
You also don’t have the legal right to shoot someone for throwing a bag at you
- +1 y
I live in Wisconsin, and jurt of my peers says yes you can.
- +1 y
Oh wow a jury said it 😮well that just completely changed my mind
- +1 y
The first guy also made threats and charged down someone who obviously had a gun to defend themselves, the bag doesn't matter. Also that guy was literally suicidal, the bag was a pouch from the hospital which he just left that day from his second suicide attempt in two months, given that context, it looks like he was being reckless and not caring if he got shot. He was yelling at people to shoot him and that he didn't care if he went back to prison , etc, etc. The dude was obviously a psycho and got shot while doing psycho things.
The other guys had no justification for attacking Kyle. You don't get to attack someone for defending themselves, and Kyle showed no reason for anyone to think he was still dangerous. More importantly it doesn't matter what they were thinking, the relevant point was reasonable for him to expect great and unjustified harm to come to him, which makes the defense valid. - +1 y
