I'm elated by the verdict. Kyle behaved like a model citizen. If only more people were willing to selflessly help others.
He went there to help, not harm. He was in legal possession of a firearm as a precaution, similar to why many people carry concealed firearms. He helped to remove graffiti early that day. At night, he went to the protestors and offered medical assistance to anyone who needed it. When a maniac started a dumpster fire with the intention of pushing it into a gas station, Kyle put it out. And that's what precipitated the violence against him.
Did he start firing into the crowd? No. Did he have any malevolence in his heart? No. He only fired when confronted by an immanent threat to his life. And even then, he did so with remarkable restraint. What would a cop have done in a similar situation?
The Kenosha city leadership encouraged and abetted the destruction of their own town. It's not surprising that they tried to crucify Kyle for defending himself against malevolent terrorists when he had no other choice. In the videos, it was clear that he made every attempt to flee and avoid violence.
Considering the behavior of the prosecution, I hope the city is forced to pay Kyle's legal fees. I am also looking forward to the upcoming defamation lawsuits against Fascibuch and mainstream media outlets. I think Biden should be sued, as well.
I'm not only relieved for Kyle, but a victory by the prosecution in this case would have been a blow to the right to self defense.
In our Bill of Rights, "The People" are considered to be the fall-back militia. If law enforcement fails, as was the case in Kenosha, The People have the legal right and duty to defend human life and property against attack by criminals. It's up to the courts to determine if the defensive measures are justified. In the Rittenhouse case, justice was served.
What's odd is that fact that the guy who pulled an illegal firearm and pointed it at Kyle hasn't been charged. That illustrates the obvious bias of the city leadership and prosecution.
It’s a good outcome. He’s a good kid that was acting in good faith. He could have been hung on a technically over age of open carry, but likely wouldn’t have served anymore jail time anyway if that had occurred. He was already maliciously prosecuted and locked up for two months with outrageous bail because he’s a White male. Max time he could have served for his infraction was 1 year, and the judge would have likely knocked that down to probation at sentencing due to time served and the circumstances of the case. Him walking away with a clean record ensure his life will not be negatively impacted from a legal standpoint due to the utter incompetence of Wisconsin government. It also draws a firm line in the sand ensuring the right to self defense and the right to bear arms as set out in the constitution so that it is not easily eroded by the communist tyrants that are bringing war on our country. It’s one more hill taken. Sadly Kyle will have to deal with PTSD from hear on out. He had to stand up for what was right, when his elected leaders would not... I hope he takes Gaetz up on his offer. He'd be welcome here in Florida.
Well, it was clear self-defenese. However I find he brought himself in this self-defense situation that were avoidable for someone with more mature mind. There were other armed guys who defended businesses, somehow they avoided any confrontation with those guys who sought for troubles. He appeared as the weakest one and Rossenbaum picked him as easy victim. I guess if on Rittenhouse place stood a 2m armed man with killer glimpse, Rossebaum wouldn't attack him and this situation wouldn't escalate.
Now, if Rittenhouse lawyers are smart, they will sue all media outlets who slandered Rittenhouse before the verdict was spoken. I guess there are millions to make
Absolutely elated that he was found NOT GULITY! All he did was defend himself against a group of thugs burning stores and buildings, burning car lots and stealing from stores.
In my book not enough were killed!
Lastly anyone so stupid as to lunge at another person holding a loaded gun is looking to get shot!

Good that stuff worked out... was a little anxious after Chauvin.
And what's bad is that it was even in question to begin with... just goes to show half our country is scum, on the side of the three vile felons and rioters rather than a 17 year old who defended himself.
I haven't monitored the case, since the shutdown and looting of Kenosha took from me what was one of few psychological pressure valves; I'm too damn pissed at everyone involved to evaluate the situation fairly, and I know it.
However, what seems uncontested is that, at age 17, he took a gun and left, unescorted, from his house in Illinois. This means that either the court thinks he TELEPORTED to the Wisconsin border, or that he went there specifically to HUNT rioters. Unquestionably a far more minor detail than the whole "shooting people" part, but ignoring that is setting a dangerous precedent.
@Pterodon Which part? I'm GUESSING you don't mean that I haven't been following the case, or that I'm pissed about Kenosha being down, whether shut or burned.
Is that he wasn't 17? I may have misunderstood that, and I accept that possibility. Or that the gun's legal owner went with him to Wisconsin. I may have been misinformed on that count. But if you're claiming that Illinois gun laws don't apply in Illinois, then no, that hasn't been debunked. That Emperor Pritzker could override them, sure, but unless there's evidence that he DID, you're going to need to try harder.
If you mean that the court had some other idea how he could get to Kenosha from Zion without passing through any part of Illinois that wasn't his house, I'm willing to hear it, but if they didn't, that claim doesn't work either. You're a rather ideologically driven person, but I don't think you're stupid enough to be claiming that illegal gun possession is less important than shooting people, and that leaves only that ignoring laws is setting a dangerous precedent. You can DISAGREE with that, but six thousand years of evidence verifies it. Go ahead and TRY to debunk that.
@Pterodon The only thing I weep for is your poor sense of literacy: www.ilga.gov/.../ilcs3.asp
You can't legally possess a firearm in Illinois if you're under 18, unless you're hunting. You ALSO can't possess one without a FOID card, which you can't get if you're under 18. The fact that I haven't been monitoring a specific criminal case doesn't change what the law IS.
And I said absolutely nothing about skin color or racial bigotry. Please try to refrain from projecting your biases onto me.
@Pterodon Again, the law doesn't change based on knowledge of a specific application of it, so no. I'll not be intimidated by the will of a pack of fools who think the law doesn't apply just because they agree with the politics of the person on trial. That attitude is how the world got so screwed up in the first place.
@Pterodon Why is it that you have so much invested in this guy breaking NO laws? He broke Illinois' gun laws. It does not take four days to determine whether a gun taken from Illinois to Wisconsin was transported through Illinois, or whether a 17-year-old boy is seventeen years old. Debating whether his decision to kill people, or to put himself in a position where he'd have to DECIDE to kill people? Sure. That's in-depth and complex, and I don't know enough about the situation to say whether he's guilty of murder. He DID, however, break the law- either illegally carrying and transporting a firearm, violating the criminal laws of Illinois, or teleporting himself across a distance of several miles without moving that distance, violating the laws of *physics*.
I get it- you're so upset at his political opponents that you'll follow the rulings of authority if it supports him. I see that all the time with the Branch Covidians. But breaking the law is breaking the law, even if you agree with it.
He wasn't "unescorted", iirc he travelled with his sister and Dominic Black, and met up with the rest of his family to clean graffiti off of a school. The gun was kept in Kenosha with Mr. Black's step-father, so Kyle didn't take it across state lines, and he was legally allowed to possess it in Kenosha. That's why the gun charge was thrown out: Because all the facts were known so there was no need for a jury, it wasn't a matter of fact, it was a matter of law and the law was clear that he was in legal possession.
@NamerOfStars You're fucking retarded.
he picked up the gun once he got to wisconsin. it is not illegal to carry a gun at 17 in wisconsin
@AllThatSweetJazz and @007kingifrit shut you up didn’t they

For your consideration
Toy gun that didn't have an orange tip as required by law to distinguish between a real and a fake gun.
Skittles? Not sure i know about this.
Loose cigs- obviously not justified.
It wasn't just the fake 20 was it?
Why are you even mentioning race? Everyone shot was white. And if you seen the video. He was being assaulted
I, in his shoes in the same moment, would've likely done the same thing. Lord knows I've come real close a few times.
I rather 100 go free, than potentially have 1 innocent be considered guilty.
On the murder charges, fair enough if the jury believe it was self-defence - but he is far from an innocent victim here. I think he was a dumb kid who messed up, and I don't think he's a threat to re-offend. However, letting him get off without any kind of punishment (in fact, I'm sure he'll profit considerably through compensation and media appearances, etc) sends out completely the wrong message, actively encouraging vigilantism.
he broke no laws of any kind
he answered the call to defend his community
@007kingifrit That's questionable at best, and it's not really the point. Two people are dead - yes, it's partly their own fault, but also partly because Rittenhouse chose to go there, with a gun, knowing full well what to expect. If he hadn't, then some property might have got damaged. Those two are not equivalent. Rittenhouse's behaviour, whether legal or not, was wrong, and him going completely unpunished sends the message that vigilantism is acceptable, and is going to lead to innocent people being killed. If existing laws are not sufficient, then make new ones - that's what you're paying legislators a whole lot of taxpayers' money to do.
@MuddyMole your logic is demented. no. they are the ONLY ONES at fault for their deaths. i am not at fault for carrying a gun. ever.
i have a right to carry a gun. and a right to use it under the right circumstances... if you put me in the situation to use it that's YOU'RE FAULT
the one defending themselves is not at fault for carrying the gun
@007kingifrit And I'm suggesting that you should not have that right - but that's a whole different debate which I'm not getting into, because I know how that goes (extremely tediously).
fix your profile slave. you're clearly not American
Only the beginning. The creeps who launched a flaming dumpster at the gas pumps of the station his grandparents manage? Those guys should get the death penalty! Bombing gas stations, especially to influence an election, is the epitome of domestic terrorism! Especially when it's committed by unjustifiably released convicts at behest of a mayor and governor who want to influence an election in their own party's favor! That's the classic definition of terrorism! Evers needs to hang!
A person doesn't go to a protest with an AR-15 unless he is expecting trouble. So he should have just stayed home. I hear the guys he shot were far from being outstanding citizens and were probably there to cause trouble. So you have 6 of one or a half dozen of another. Everyone should have stayed home in my opinion.
My whole thing with this idiotic kid is why the heck do you travel over state lines with a weapon that, mind you isn’t even his, and go out trying to into a riot “defending businesses.” This kid who wasn’t even near the building he said he was protecting waving around a weapon at people like a lunatic expects people not to react to him. Plus what parent lets a minor travel over state boarder to defend a riot? That endangering a child’s life. He should have been charged, him and his mother.
"travel over state lines with a weapon"
He didn't travel over state lines with a weapon.
"... and go out trying to into a riot “defending businesses.”"\
He was asked to by the owner because his another business location of his had been burned to the ground. This was the Car Source lot that was destroyed on night one or two of the riots.
"This kid who wasn’t even near the building he said he was protecting"
He was also there to offer medical aid to protestors (or anyone who needed it)
"waving around a weapon at people like a lunatic expects people not to react to him"
Nothing shows him waving the weapon and around and it's perfectly legal for him to carry it.
"Plus what parent lets a minor travel over state boarder to defend a riot? That endangering a child’s life."
He worked in Kenosha and lived 20 minutes away. He came there every day. He had a history as a responsible kid and he was 4 months away from being 18 and that argument being nonsense. He had as much right to be there as anyone else and it had no bearing on his self-defense case. Also if you think it was that dangerous then that serves to validate his self-defense claim -- it must not have been someone totally peaceful gathering where he provoked people, it's a riot of psychos which attacked him. I think he and his mother might have been somewhat naïve about that but that doesn't justify being attacked.
Given everyone that got shot had a history of being a psycho, I think that further validates it.
he didn't cross state lines with a weapon. that was fake news
beyond that; kyle answered a call to help defend his friend's property. he had a right to do this. and it was heroic to do it
@007kingifrit actually he did cross Stateline being Kyle is from Illinois a half hour a way from Kenosha, WI you should google it you will see the two are separate states. But at the end of the day it was self defense.
He'll be back in court before long.
That fucker has got "perp" written all over him. He wants to train as a "nurse" apparently. (Despite lying about being a EMT) He'll probably go onto kill kids or geriatrics in hospitals and claim this event was what "caused" it.
Well? He IS innocent!! Why should someone be jailed over self-defense?
Not even "recklessly endangering safety". I think all the people crowing about it today would have had a different opinion if the people surrounded by nutcases with tiki torches at Charlottesville had opened fire when they were genuinely afraid for their lives.
Would somebody please tell @LegendaryIcon that I was replying to @Shyguy206, not him?
I'm moderately pleased with the result, given the facts.
I DID think, though, that either there was going to be a hung jury, or that the jury would cite him for a minor charge of some kind and give him some time in the clink to think.
Based on Wisconsin state law he is not guilty apparently. The things I'm upset about regarding Rittenhouse is for things he wasn't on trial for. I also have an issue with some of those state laws in Wisconsin regarding killing someone in self defense. To be fair those things are a separate argument and not your question.
Relieved. The opposite would have made me feel disgusted of the US more than I already am.
Guilty: he shot and killed two unarmed people. It wasn’t self defense. When he was walking down the street, he didn’t seem like he was scared or worried someone would hurt him. The man that survived the shooting should be recognized as a hero because if I remember correctly he was with media and was unarmed
I said over the TV Happy Thanksgiving Kyle and Merry Christmas. Kid looked scared crapless, hope everything goes well. Now we have to watch these looney tune rioters.
Glad to hear it. He was there to offer aid to anyone hurt, deter rioters, was threatened and attacked on multiple accounts, and militias or militia-like groups are entirely reasonable under those circumstances.
As someone who constantly dwells on self-defense and how our society discourages it in many respects, it was amazing that this happened.
I think its bs why tf would a 17 go a whole city away with a rifle to kill people. He said a person had a gun sure he had the right to shoot for his safety but what about the unarmed people he shoot and or killed? You can't truly call it self defense of they're are not using any deadly weapons. The fake cry was extremely bad
He didn't go to kill people.
"but what about the unarmed people he shoot and or killed?"
Neither of them were technically unarmed and they were both attacking him. Being unarmed doesn't mean your victim isn't allowed to defend themselves anyway. And the third guy was armed.
"You can't truly call it self defense of they're are not using any deadly weapons."
Yes, you literally can. You don't know what you're talking about. Since when don't people get hurt and killed by unarmed people? A lucky punch get knock you out and have you crack your head on the pavement, why should anyone be expected to fight with their fists against someone else? And he obviously had a gun, should I be expect to get in a fistfight and wrestling match with someone trying to hurt me and take my firearm? The obvious answer is I'm not going to risk my life in a fistfight with a psycho so don't fucking touch my goddamn gun. If a guy chases you down and won't stop, you're entitled to shoot. Also appreciate that you're telling women that they aren't allowed to fend off a rapist with a firearm. If you get raped then I guess you have to fight him off with your fists or go to jail.
He shot unarmed people as well
Technically, no he didn't. The first guy was considered in "dual possession" under the law since he was grabbing the gun, the second guy bashed Kyle with a skateboard and was also in dual-possession of the gun since he was also grabbing the gun, and the last guy had a glock pointed at Kyle.
He shot more than the 2 he killed those others were unarmed chasing him how are you scared when you have the rifle?
Literally everyone he shot was not unarmed.
And again, being unarmed doesn't mean anything you're allowed to use deadly force against unarmed people who are attacking you anyway. So on multiple levels it's just not a valid argument, so you can stop trying to push it.
"how are you scared when you have the rifle?"
A mob with clubs and guns screaming to cave your skull in does the trick. And when someone is attacking you, that's when it's time to use the rifle -- and that's what happened.
I’m ecstatic. Huge win for defending oneself. This verdict came from jurors in a leftist state and even they saw the truth
Seems like there are a lot of women who killed abusive husbands or sex traffickers out of self defense that we need to let out prison now. Not to mention all the people who shot cops because they were afraid the cop might be fearing for their life.
Rightfully so. Just like the verdict was rightfully so on Chauvin and the three dudes that killed Aurbery.
He didn’t go out of his way to kill those 2 dudes. He was attacked by them. And defended himself. Case closed
Really? & why are you "personally glad" ? -- it's ridiculous, & sets a dangerous precedent. He clearly had no business doing what he did. He's a moron.
every American has a right to carry guns. so he had a right
every American has a right to defend any property they are legally allowed to be on from rioters, so he had that right also
this case also didn't change any laws. so no new precedent was set
@007kingifrit
Not underage kids, nor does "everyone" have the right to "carry" them.
He wasn't defending any property, especially not any belonging to him (that's just bullshit)
He's a dumbass punk kid who shouldn't have been there. the only violence inflicted that evening was a direct result form him.
yes... we don't have laws by age saying you can't carry a gun. only buy them
he was specifically asked to defend property. a gas station, are you stupid or just willfully ignorant?
Admittedly I don't have all the facts but I believe the verdict was correct.
Now I'm worried about the protesters who will start burning gas stations and smashing stores fronts as part of their "protest". Just like in Milwaukee.
He’s a murderer. His rifle was pointed at several protesters in the video making him the initial aggressor. Self defense is just a white persons cover up.
You psychopaths are showing your true colors, justifying the murder of two innocent protestors.
"innocent"
Even if we disregard their disturbing criminal histories, the mountain of video evidence of them attacking Kyle makes them obviously not innocent.
@Celtero "Instead of going to his girlfriend and daughter went straight to the riot"
He did try to go to his GFs house but couldn't because she had a restraining order against him, so he decided to go *back* to the riot. Given he had tried to killed himself twice in two months and that's why he just got out of the hospital, I think he was acting recklessly on purpose either hoping to die or at the very least not caring if he died. Assaulting a minor and getting shot was an ironic end.
@AllThatSweetJazz Dude, I want to dig up his remains and take a shit in his skull's bullet hole. One real irony is that he got the other guy killed too. If Kyle didn't have to shoot that filthy pedo, he wouldn't have been retreating towards the police and getting chased by the mob, and mr domestic abuse would've have smashed the skateboard into his head before getting his heart obliterated.
@Celtero That's all too harsh for me. I'm just glad Kyle got out okay. Very happy for him.
@AllThatSweetJazz I'm not happy for him until he sues the pants off of everyone who defamed them. Until them, he's had to endure this headache for nothing when all he was trying trying to prevent damage in the most polite and responsible way imaginable.
@Celtero I would like to see what's coming for those state lawyers. Losing in spite of all the prejudice and shady shit they introduced to the proceedings and then getting punished for it would be icing on the cake.
innocent? one of them raped a child
@AllThatSweetJazz they attacked him AFTER he shot an unarmed person. They were trying to disarm an active shooter, tf
"they attacked him AFTER he shot an unarmed person. They were trying to disarm an active shooter"
He wasn't an active shooter. He didn't meet the definition of an active shooter. The crowd gave no indication that they thought he was an active shooter. Gaige stated in his testimony that he didn't he Kyle as a threat while he was with Kyle after the first shots asking what happened. The cops were right in front of the scene. None of the facts support the hypothesis that he was seen as an active shooter. The mob just wanted its pound of flesh before Kyle could reach the cops.
You called them innocent. They are not. They weren't innocent in the last 6 hours, they were not even innocent the seconds leading up to them getting shot.
@goaded Never said he did. Doesn't matter in the context of the legal case either.
But it does frame the kind of person he was. And the fact that 3 of the 3 people Kyle shot just happened to all be felons shows the character of the rioters, if there was any doubt left that they weren't scum. But this is where we're at as a species... Where we're defending rioters and attacking those trying to prevent damage the rioters cause.
Charging someone with a loaded AR and chasing him down and smacking him over head with a skateboard no longer makes you innocent and did give Kyle the right to use his weapon even if he was there to catch a body. The situation is stupid but you can't call them innocent or anyone psycho for not letting themselves get jumped by a crowd of people let alone the two who were shot dead were disgusting individuals anyway. Do your research and watch the full video or else you open the doors for everyone to come and insult you because you're speaking out of lure ignorance.
Everyone who supports firearms and disapproves of bullying is thrilled Including me.
God Bless the USA 🇺🇸🏴
Dumb ass hoe 🥱
It was the right and just verdict. Only reason to think it wasn't means that you probably got your information from CNN, MSNBC or the VIEW.
The only charge he could have been found guilty of was thrown out by the judge on a technicality. It's a triumph of the letter of the law over justice.
I'm glad. Clear cut case of self defense. Good precident to uphold our 1st amendment right.
He never should have been their in the first place and he's lucky he wasn't killed, but it was self defense.
Given the evidence presented in court by both Prosecution & Defence, not guilty was the most logical verdict
I would have liked manslaughter or weapons charges. The prosecutors could've got that.
Feel pretty good honestly. He killed a convicted pedophile so that's a win in my book. Just hope the Ahmad aubry case goes well.
The face of racist, white supremacy :( Shoots two people with an AR15 and gets acquitted of all charges).
A white guy shoots white felons who attacked him and that's racist somehow? You've lost the plot.
Did you just blow in from stupid Town?
@AllThatSweetJazz OP simply assumed those who died where black and took out the victim card right away without any research. Now she knows those who died were white so she can breath and keep her V card back to her pocket!
@AllThatSweetJazz So, that makes it right if the two victims are White? That must be the dumbest argument ever. Let me explain why this idiot is racist:
He went on a protest about the shooting of Jacob Blake with a rifle (go google that incident yourself) like that was a necessity. By putting yourself in that situation, you cannot then claim "self-defense". He said he was protecting the businesses, even though it is not his legal duty to do so, considering that it is not his property. Now let's talk about the race of the victims. The victims were both white, but they were supporters of the movement, which White Republicans also tend to hate so much on White Libs as a group (due to political affiliation, not race since they are all of the same race) because they cannot fathom how those people that are also White like them are standing with minorities. Those 2 men didn't deserve to die, regardless of their criminal past. See, the demonization after death only serves one purpose, to make you feel better about yourself. If we were to just shoot people that breach property that isn't theirs, why didn't the 6th of January turn into a massacre? Nobody was complaining then, why now? It's not his legal right to defend the store, and it isn't even his property, and an AR-15 is too excessive for "protection" when a pistol can do the trick. So many things don't make sense. He just wanted to prove a point. What this has proved to me that most of the people in this forum, men and women alike are racist (because justify murder of supporters of the movement, thus undermining the cause), and it is absolutely disgusting.
He’s a scumbag but with the evidence provided he is not guilty. Those he killed did attack him first, period.
He pointed his rifle at them initially.
It is good for us women; we can still shoot our would be rapists.
It was clear cut Self Defense. More disappointed in the lack of riots.
You enjoy riots?
then you're a sad pathetic loser.
the guy is a murderer. GET OVER IT
@Shyguy206 Did Rittenhouse know that at the time?
DOJ is looking into charging him on Federal charges now
@888thegreat No you fucking moron, you're trying him for the exact same crime, no matter the jurisdiction. Fucking lay off the Meth.
https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/double_jeopardy
Scrolling past a dozen of more right-wing screams of unwarranted protest, I finally came to a reputable publication: www.independent.co.uk/.../...-review-b1961147.html
It points out that the DoJ "only has the power to investigate law enforcement agencies. It has no power to “intervene on matters of state law”". So, they won't be looking to re-try the murder case, but possibly deal with a police force that let an active shooter walk through their lines to freedom carrying his still-warm gun, while people are telling them he'd just shot three people.
Yeah I agree with it, it was self defense
It isn’t self defense when he points his rifle at people to begin with.
@snowboarder720 you mean like when the guy was pointing a gun to his head and then he pointed it back or when he was protecting himself from those criminal?
I believe yes it was the correct thing as it was self defence. But the question remains is that if he wasn't white would he have gone to jail?
if he wasn't white he wouldn't have been put on trial at all
Yes!!! Felt great. S national hero.
@Friendlybro79 vigilantism is dangerous, indeed. Watch the trial before you follow the leftist lies of kyle trial before you pass judgement. It's simple, if you were in Kyle's shoe's and did not shoot those people. 100 % you would have been dead probably shot in the head with no justice! So would you want to put your life in the hands of a angry mob full of criminals? yeah... they would take your gun and kill you.
@ManHater don't assume anything and re read what I said if you need before making it political. I said he wasn't guilty based on Wisconsin state law and the evidence at hand. That said he still isn't a hero and I believe he's a vigilante by definition. Outside of that, which this has no bearing on the case, but he should not have been there as a minor especially with an assault rifle period. He's lucky he did not kill anyone else near the people that attacked him that weren't threating him.
Glad because he was innocent
Good on him, looks like justice prevailed.
I think he should have been charged for having the gun and for shooting the once guy with his hands up. He’s certainly not a good human being.
@Y2KxD 🤗
he didn't shoot anyone with their hands up. and the gun was legal to have
@007kingifrit propaganda, these commies are disgusting
@007kingifrit in what world is a 17 year old allowed to have an AR?
it is legal for a 17 year old to have an ar15 in... most states
There is nothing good about this case. But the jury did the right thing given the facts.
I was not in court but i belive in jury trial and justice
Because he’s white.
White men- seen by good by society
Blacks- thugs by society, nothing more
Good 👍, we all have our basic rights
That justice was served.
Justice was served.
Feel? Nothing. The jury has spoken.
It was the correct verdict.
He should have been found guilty
you are an idiot as always. he was attacked, he had a right to shoot them
Right because a bag did so much damage to him
bag? he was hit in the head with a skateboard and the other guy fired a gun at him
one does not need to experience damage before self defence becomes legal
First guy he shot hit him with a bag
like i said, you don't need to be harmed for self defence to be justified
Oh okay so I guess if I’m walking around my school campus and someone throws a paper airplane at me I should take out my pistol and shoot them right?
strawman fallacy, try again child
It’s the same concept is it not, I have a weapon on me and someone doesn’t cause me any harm but they tried to throw something at me so I can shoot them right
didn't cause kyle any harm? he's on video saying he wants to kill kyle
are you stupid?
Words cause harm now?
words demonstrate the intent to cause harm. the intent shows he was not harmless
Okay I’ll keep that in mind if a random drug addict on the street threatens me, if I kill them one less “bad guy” right
that's right. now you're getting it. if someone threatens to kill me i can take action against them. and a drug addict has no value so why not? if anything it should be legal to shoot a drug addict no matter what
Well I guess it’s a good thing I’m not a psycho itching to kill people
Both sides were stupid but it was self defense
Don't know a thing about this case
Good 😁😁
if he was black it would’ve been different.
a black wisconsin man stabbed somenoe and was let out of jail the same day... he just killed 5 children at a Christmas parade
tell us more about how the legal system is unfair to darkies you putz. if kyle wasn't white he wouldn't have been put on trial at all
