Putting aside from the fact that every single person Kyle shot is human scum and deserved to be eliminated, which shouldn't be a factor in a self-defense case, the multiple angles of video evidence paints a crystal clear picture. Every single piece of degenerate filth that Kyle removed that night attacked him and he responded with justified force. He was constantly attempting to retreat and the Doom mob was the one constantly attacking him.

The sad part about it is it takes a civilian to defend the public from attackers. He had great discipline and did well under pressure and maybe he even gets away without having his life ruined.
If he was a policeman instead, he would hang from a lamp by now, justified shooting or not.
I hate that we live in a reality where terrorists can be looked at as "victims."
They already fucked up justice by giving Derek Chauvin a murder charge just to appease BLM terrorists. I hope the same thing doesn't happen twice, and IF BLM does threaten to riot if Rittenhouse is found innocent, then I hope cops finish the job on those assholes.
I think the prosecution can totally blow it and the defense can absolutely knock it out of the park. I think it can be a totally one-sided case and the jury still comeback with all guilty verdicts.
Honestly, I do not know if I would choose a jury trial these days. Juries can be intimidated. They are regular people, hand-chosen by the lawyers because they think those jurors are dumb as muleshit and can make a verdict go their way. I just did jury duty, they don't look for the best and the brightest, I promise you that.
I don't trust that the jury is fair and impartial. I don't trust that the law will protect them from the threats they are getting. I don't trust that some of the juror's are not potentially politically motivated. So, yeah. This could be the biggest slam dunk in history and the jury still comeback with guilty on all counts.
The only ones who think he shouldn’t are deranged liberals who will automatically side with the people on their political side no matter what.

I’ve examined every bit of video evidence available. That kid showed better trigger discipline, threat identification and accuracy than most law enforcement and military professionals. You couldn’t ask for a more textbook example of self defense.

I'm happy about. I was quite afraid for him, but I'm glad to see sanity prevailing. Although, that there was even a fight about this in the first place is the problem, it's the ideological attack on him and the threat of violence if they don't get what they want that is the problem. Things going Kyle's way give me hope that the psychos won't win the grander culture war, but it's not going to be a quiet and easy job.
